How Caroline creates an exercise program for you
- First I will sit down with you and go through an
interview process
- I will ask questions about your goals, life style, and
general health
- This helps both of us figure out if our working
together will be a good fit
- This process is complimentary and lasts anywhere from
30 minutes to an hour
- My state of the art Future X™ machine measures muscle
fat and water…You will receive a four page recommendation which helps me
prepare a customized program designed just for you
- When was the last time that your doctor afforded you
this much time and information for free?
In creating an exercise program for clients, I
incorporate-
- Cardiovascular training- treadmill, hiking outside,
kayaking, water aerobics
- Strength training- free weights, Body solid machine,
total trainer machine
- Flexibility training - stability ball, Bosu ball, Yoga
- Nutritional awareness- I will bring the most current
information on nutrition
I will work with you to:
- Customize a program just for you
- Select the best equipment for you
- Place you in the proper positions to prevent injury
and receive maximum results
- Choose the correct intensity frequency and duration of
the workout to receive maximum results, while keeping you on task
