Why a Personal Trainer?
I am willing to bet that you have joined a gym (perhaps more than
once) with the best of intentions. I am also willing to bet that at
the end of the contract, you could count on one hand the number of
times you actually walked through the gym doors. Are there just too
many reasons and excuses not to follow through on your very good
intentions? Absolutely.
But together we can change that. Together we’ll create a schedule
that suits you and your busy lifestyle. Private sessions are
available between 7am and 7:30pm. If for some reason you cannot
attend at your scheduled time, I am happy to get you rescheduled so
we don’t get off track. That last gym you joined…did they do that?
